LOCAL LEAGUE
Our Local League program runs out of Bond Lake Arena in Oak Ridges and is for House League players that would like more competition. Local League teams are 'travelling' and will have a 26 game schedule based on 13 home games and 13 away games. As well, Local League teams will receive one practice per week. Some of the other centres the teams will be playing may include Bradford; Nobleking; Schomberg; Thornton; Innisfil; Beeton and Lefroy.Schedules for games (both home and away) will not be known until after the scheduling meeting in late September 2010.
Local League assesment skates (draft) will be held in Mid-September. Schedule and date will be posted at a later date - an email will also go out to all registrants to advise you.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE:
As Local League is a 'travel' team and does not remain in house, there are additional costs estimated at $150.00 per player for game officials, a sweater levy, and player surnames on sweaters. Local League teams typically enter tournaments (there is a mandatory tournament hosted by OR in the Atom and Peewee divisions), which result in further additional costs. These additional costs will be collected by each team at the beginning of the season.
If you would like to coach or be part of the team officials for your child's team, you must obtain proper OMHA certification. For more information on required certification, please click HERE.

To register your child for a Local League team, please click on registration form below. Make sure to register according to participants birth year. Divisions are as follows:
